How long do I get the rental for?
Our rentals are for the entire day! A lot of companies will put time constraints on you, but not Supreme Party Rentals. We want you to enjoy your event and not have to feel rushed.
When do you set up?
It all depends how busy we are that weekend. We try and shoot for the morning of your event so you can have the rental for just about the entire day. We may even call you and see if its ok if we drop off the night before if our schedule permits us. But not to worry, we will work with everyone to ensure our customers are happy.
Do you sanitize your equipment?
YES! Cleanliness of our equipment is a top priority. We use eco-friendly sanitizing solution to ensure our equipment is clean and ready for you. Our staff is instructed to wipe down the equipment once it is set up prior to use.
What type of surface can you set up on?
We can set up on grass, asphalt, or concrete. However, we can't set up on any type of rocks as they sometimes have sharp points and we cant risk damage to our equipment.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Once we drop off the equipment, the remainder of the balance is due at that time. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your event a refund of your deposit will not be given, however, we will give you a rain check that will be good for one year to use.
What if there is inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather, you will be refunded as long as you cancel the morning of your rental. Once we drop off the equipment, all rental charges will apply. If inclement weather does occur while you have the rentals in your possession, no refund will be given.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have liability insurance and we are a registered LLC within the state of New Jersey.
What payments do you take?
We take Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. If you are paying with cash, please have the exact amount, as our staff does not carry cash with them. Sorry, but we do not take personal checks.
